Overview
Are you passionate about building intelligent advertising systems from the ground up? Life360 is looking for a Staff Data Scientist to join our Ads team. In this role, you will lead the charge in designing AI native advertising solutions that scale smoothly. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering leaders to turn complex data into powerful monetization strategies that respect our users.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cutting edge AI native models for ad targeting and recommendation systems.
- Lead large scale data analysis projects to optimize ad yield and user engagement simultaneously.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate machine learning solutions into our core mobile applications.
- Define key performance indicators and build robust experimentation frameworks to measure ad effectiveness.
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices across the broader analytics organization.
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in developing and deploying production grade machine learning models for advertising or recommendation engines.
- Strong proficiency in Python or R, along with experience using big data technologies like Spark or SQL.
- Proven ability to translate business goals into clear technical roadmaps and data strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross functional stakeholders.
