Overview

As our new Staff Accountant, you will bring at least two years of progressive accounting experience to the table. You will own crucial daily financial operations, help maintain spotless records, and ensure our month-end close runs smoothly. If you love digging into details, understanding GAAP principles, and spotting ways to make processes better, you will fit right in with our collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

Handle general ledger duties by preparing, analyzing, and posting recurring and non-recurring journal entries.
Execute monthly balance sheet reconciliations to keep our financial data accurate and reliable.
Manage day-to-day transactional workflows across accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Support our broader finance goals with sharp analytical skills and a proactive mindset toward solving problems.
Utilize any background you have in inventory accounting to help us track and manage assets efficiently.

Requirements

At least two years of progressive accounting experience under your belt.
A solid working knowledge of GAAP and standard financial practices.
Strong analytical capabilities with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
Experience with inventory accounting will give you a great advantage.
A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently in a remote environment.
