Key Responsibilities

Perform complex bank reconciliations for associations managing multiple bank accounts.
Prepare and issue accurate financial statements for associations on a timely schedule.
Build necessary supporting schedules covering prepaid and accrued expenses.
Complete thorough quality assurance checklists before releasing any financial reports.
Update financial cover memos with essential notes regarding the current month activity.
Substantiate financial transactions by carefully auditing source documents.

Requirements

Proven experience working directly within the HOA or COA industry.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous process improvement.
Ability to leverage modern technology to boost efficiency and work quality.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statement preparation.
