Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the long term scientific vision for Reddit ads measurement, attribution, and signal enhancement.
Architect privacy aware measurement solutions that thrive despite changing industry regulations and third party cookie deprecation.
Lead advanced experimental designs including incrementality testing and conversion modeling to accurately prove advertiser return on investment.
Partner closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to translate complex statistical concepts into scalable ad products.
Mentor senior data scientists and elevate the technical rigor across the broader organization.

Requirements

Extensive hands on experience in data science with a heavy focus on ads measurement, attribution, or marketing analytics.
Deep expertise in statistical modeling, causal inference, and large scale experimental design.
Proven track record of designing privacy centric data systems or working within modern privacy sandbox environments.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence executive leadership and technical peers alike.
