Key Responsibilities

As a tech lead on the Agentic Platform team, your day-to-day focus centers on architecture, system resilience, and technical leadership. You will make an impact by

Architecting and scaling backend services capable of ingesting massive streams of real-time IoT data while executing reliable operational agent workflows
Steering the technical roadmap for autonomous software agents that interpret operational context and trigger immediate remediation steps
Partnering with product managers, machine learning specialists, and infrastructure teams to convert ambiguous business needs into resilient technical systems
Setting high standards for system design, code quality, testing practices, and operational readiness
Mentoring engineers across various career stages, offering thoughtful code reviews, and fostering an inclusive engineering culture

Requirements

We are looking for proven technical leaders who love solving complex distributed systems puzzles. You should bring

Extensive professional experience architecting, building, and operating high-throughput backend services in production
Demonstrated experience serving as a tech lead or senior technical authority who guides design decisions across multiple teams
Proficiency in languages such as Go, Java, Python, or modern C++, alongside strong fundamentals in distributed systems design
Familiarity with event-driven architectures, real-time message brokers, and cloud platforms like AWS
Exceptional communication skills, high ownership, and the ability to operate independently in a fully remote, worldwide setup
