Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and operate production ready artificial intelligence features including retrieval augmented generation pipelines, intelligent recommendation systems, conversational agents, and agentic workflows.
Architect the shared artificial intelligence platform layer focusing on retrieval infrastructure, evaluation frameworks, model monitoring, guardrails, and system observability.
Develop robust applications and seamless integrations linking large language models with marketing platforms, business intelligence tools, and customer facing surfaces.
Measure and elevate model quality using structured evaluation frameworks while continuously refining prompts and retrieval strategies.

Requirements

Extensive hands on experience designing and shipping production grade software systems at scale.
Deep practical knowledge of large language models, retrieval augmented generation architectures, and modern artificial intelligence frameworks.
Strong background in building scalable platform infrastructure, evaluation pipelines, and safety guardrails for machine learning applications.
Exceptional problem solving skills and a passion for turning complex technical challenges into intuitive user experiences.
