Overview

In this role, you will work closely with our Coverage Test Center to diagnose complex software challenges, troubleshoot diagnostic applications, and enhance our land mobile radio platforms. You will combine your technical expertise with strong problem solving skills to ensure that emergency responders have the seamless technological reliability they deserve.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve intricate software and radio frequency tool issues originating from field operations.
Serve as the primary technical liaison between software engineering teams and the Coverage Test Center.
Analyze diagnostic applications and LMR platforms to identify performance bottlenecks and implement improvements.
Collaborate globally to ensure mission critical communication tools operate at peak efficiency.
