Overview

PeopleReady is scaling up its business intelligence and artificial intelligence ecosystems to hit ambitious organizational goals. As our Senior Product Manager for Enterprise AI, you will champion product-led AI initiatives. You will take ownership of large language models, machine learning applications, core platforms, and analytics initiatives that drive smart decision-making across the board.

Key Responsibilities

Formulate and execute a clear product vision and strategy for artificial intelligence, machine learning, and business intelligence capabilities.
Act as the primary evangelist for data-driven tools, raising company-wide awareness and accelerating our path from raw data to actionable insights.
Partner closely with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable product roadmaps.
Manage the lifecycle of advanced AI service offerings, balancing high-impact strategic priorities with rock-solid system stability.
Identify emerging market trends and internal opportunities to continuously improve our data ecosystem.

Requirements

Extensive background in product management focusing on data analytics, machine learning, or enterprise AI solutions.
Demonstrated success in launching and managing large language models, APIs, or complex data platforms.
Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both executive leadership and engineering teams.
Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to problem solving in a remote environment.
