Our Marketing Operations team is expanding, and we need a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to own day to day execution, optimize our tech stack, and ensure our campaigns hit the right screens at the exact right moment.

Key Responsibilities

You will own the day to day execution of complex marketing campaigns within our automation platforms. Partnering closely with regional and global marketing teams, you will build emails, landing pages, forms, and lead scoring models. Testing and troubleshooting will be part of your daily rhythm to make sure every single touchpoint is flawless. You will also monitor data hygiene, segment audiences with precision, and continuously look for ways to streamline our operational processes.

Requirements

You bring deep, hands on experience working with enterprise marketing automation platforms like Marketo or HubSpot. A strong grasp of CRM integrations, lead lifecycle management, and email compliance standards is essential. You know how to read the data, spot bottlenecks, and fix them before they affect campaign performance. Working asynchronously comes naturally to you, and you thrive in a fast paced global environment where humility and a growth mindset guide the way.
