Overview

Making sense of complex healthcare numbers is tough work, but turning those figures into real strategic direction for patient care is where the magic happens. We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to step into our Integrated Kidney Care Revenue Analytics squad. In this role, you will take full ownership of CMS risk adjustment analytics, guide financial strategies, and translate complex healthcare claims into clear insights for executive leadership. Even better, this is a fully remote position open to talented professionals worldwide, allowing you to drive serious impact from anywhere across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

Your day to day work will center on several essential priorities

Provide clear strategic leadership and day to day oversight for risk adjustment accuracy within the Integrated Kidney Care space
Develop and maintain executive reporting that tracks revenue financials and evaluates how our clinical initiatives impact the Medical Loss Ratio
Write advanced SQL queries against extensive data warehouses containing clinical operations and medical claims datasets
Translate dense analytics into actionable guidance that leadership can use to steer organizational strategy
Monitor evolving CMS policies, healthcare regulations, and guidelines to ensure all reporting models remain compliant
Partner closely across clinical, financial, and operational teams to unify our revenue analytics approach

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should bring the following background and skills

Extensive background in risk adjustment analytics, healthcare finance, or clinical data analytics
Demonstrated experience leading analytics projects and delivering strategic recommendations directly to executives
Deep technical fluency with SQL and large relational data warehouses holding medical claims and clinical operational records
Familiarity with CMS risk adjustment methodologies, healthcare economics, and Medical Loss Ratio mechanics
Strong communication skills with a proven knack for turning complex analytical concepts into plain language for diverse business partners
Ability to work autonomously in an international, distributed team environment
