Founded back in 2014 by Ethereum co founder Joe Lubin, we are the driving force behind groundbreaking web3 infrastructure like MetaMask and Linea. We are rebuilding the global financial system on open and programmable foundations. Key Responsibilities

Manage, optimize, and scale our core HR systems and related tech stack to support a rapidly growing global workforce.
Design, build, and maintain robust dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to empower leadership with actionable people analytics.
Partner closely with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Finance teams to ensure data integrity across all platforms.
Lead system upgrades, implementation projects, and regular audits of HR data security and compliance.
Translate complex business needs into smart technical configurations and automated workflows.

Requirements

Proven experience working as an HR systems or data analyst in a fast paced, tech forward environment.
Deep expertise in managing modern HRIS platforms along with advanced data visualization and reporting tools.
Strong understanding of data governance, privacy regulations, and security best practices across international jurisdictions.
Exceptional problem solving skills with an obsessive attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
Ability to thrive in a fully remote, asynchronous work culture alongside teammates spread across the globe.
