We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a Sr Equity & Executive Compensation Analyst to become a vital member of our Compensation team. This is a fully remote, worldwide position. In this role, you will provide essential support for executive compensation initiatives, covering incentive compensation, equity awards, executive benchmarking, detailed trending analysis, and the preparation of materials for our Compensation Committee. You will collaborate closely with various internal partners, including HR, Legal, Finance, and Payroll, along with executive leadership, external advisors, and the Compensation Committee’s independent consultant. Your work will ensure the accurate, timely, and confidential delivery of executive compensation support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the thoughtful design, thorough analysis, and seamless administration of executive compensation programs.
- Assist in managing annual and long-term incentive plan cycles, from goal setting to payout calculations.
- Contribute to the administration of equity compensation plans, including grant processing, vesting schedules, and participant communications.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and benchmarking analysis for executive roles, ensuring competitive positioning.
- Develop and present trending analysis on executive pay practices, identifying key insights and potential adjustments.
- Prepare detailed materials and presentations for Compensation Committee meetings, summarizing complex data clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate effectively with HR business partners, legal counsel, and finance teams on executive compensation matters.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal governance policies related to executive and equity compensation.
- Act as a trusted resource for executives and HR leadership on compensation-related inquiries, providing expert guidance.
- Participate in special projects related to executive compensation strategy and program enhancements.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience, typically 3+ years, specifically within equity and executive compensation analysis.
- Strong understanding of executive compensation principles, incentive plan design, and equity award mechanics.
- Proficiency with compensation survey data, market pricing methodologies, and executive benchmarking.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Advanced Excel skills are a must, including experience with financial modeling and data manipulation.
- Experience in preparing clear and compelling presentations for senior leadership and board-level committees.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to articulate complex concepts effectively.
- Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- A strong detail orientation and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
