Overview

As our new (Sr.) Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a massive role in driving our revenue growth. You will take charge of acquiring new industrial clients and guiding them through the entire sales cycle. Working hand in hand with our Head of Sales and Sales Development teams, you will turn potential leads into long term partners who are ready to build smarter factories.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and scale your own sales pipeline from initial outreach to closing the deal.
Engage with enterprise manufacturing clients to understand their unique operational hurdles.
Present our core product, Connectware, showcasing how it drives efficiency and cuts emissions.
Collaborate closely with internal engineering and product teams to tailor solutions for major accounts.

Requirements

Proven track record of success in enterprise software sales, preferably within the industrial or IIoT space.
Strong ability to navigate complex, multi stakeholder sales cycles with ease.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in both German and English.
A proactive mindset and a genuine passion for modern internet technologies and manufacturing innovation.
