To keep our rapid growth grounded in rock-solid stability, we are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our SDET organization. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity where you can direct testing strategies, mentor world-class automation engineers, and help define how telemetry infrastructure operates at scale.

Key Responsibilities

In this leadership role, you will shape how quality engineering functions across our entire product suite. Daily responsibilities include the following

Guide, mentor, and grow a globally distributed team of Software Development Engineers in Test.
Champion a shift-left testing mindset so that reliability is baked in from early architectural designs through to production.
Partner directly with product managers and engineering leaders to establish reliable quality metrics, test coverage goals, and delivery schedules.
Guide the evolution of our end-to-end test automation frameworks to keep pace with complex, high-throughput distributed systems.
Promote continuous improvement across our CI and CD pipelines to deliver fast, deterministic feedback to developers.
Foster an inclusive, highly collaborative remote team culture where engineers do their best work and develop their careers.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced engineering leader who pairs technical rigor with empathetic management. Successful candidates typically bring the following background

Proven track record managing and developing high-performing SDET or software engineering teams.
Solid foundational experience in software engineering, distributed systems, and modern test automation architectures.
Hands-on expertise driving quality initiatives for complex cloud or enterprise infrastructure products.
Deep understanding of contemporary CI and CD tools, containerization, and automated test orchestration.
Clear, proactive communication style well-suited for a worldwide remote environment.
Strong problem-solving instincts and the ability to balance speed of execution with long-term code quality.
