Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of cutting-edge media strategies that capture attention and drive massive brand awareness.
Oversee multi-channel campaigns spanning upper- and mid-funnel touchpoints to maximize reach and engagement.
Partner closely with creative, data, and marketing teams to ensure every campaign tells a cohesive and compelling story.
Analyze performance metrics constantly to optimize spend, uncover new growth loops, and pivot quickly when the market shifts.
Manage external agency partners and media budgets with a sharp focus on return on investment and scalable impact.

Requirements

Extensive experience leading media strategy at a high-growth consumer brand or innovative agency.
Deep expertise in scaling upper- and mid-funnel media channels with proven success in brand building.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable media plans.
