We are searching for a truly visionary and execution-driven AI leader to join us as our Senior Director of MaintainX AI. Key Responsibilities

Architect and champion the overarching AI strategy for MaintainX, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with our product vision and business objectives.
Build, mentor, and lead a world-class team of AI engineers, machine learning scientists, and data professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous learning.
Drive the research, development, and deployment of cutting-edge Agentic AI and Machine Learning solutions that elevate MaintainX's platform capabilities.
Spearhead initiatives in Work Intelligence, including advanced Conversational AI interfaces and autonomous agent systems, to unlock new efficiencies for our users.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams across MaintainX and Autodesk Operations Solutions to integrate AI capabilities into core offerings.
Define clear roadmaps, set ambitious goals, and ensure the successful execution of AI projects from conception through to measurable impact.
Establish best practices for responsible AI development, data governance, and model performance monitoring.
Act as a thought leader and evangelist for AI within MaintainX and externally, contributing to our reputation as an innovation powerhouse.

Requirements

Proven leadership experience (e.g., 8+ years) in defining, building, and scaling AI strategies and organizations within a fast-paced technology environment.
Deep expertise in Machine Learning, including practical experience with Agentic AI architectures and Conversational AI systems.
A strong track record of successfully bringing innovative AI products and features to market, demonstrating clear business impact.
Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear strategic direction and actionable plans.
Demonstrated experience recruiting, developing, and retaining top-tier AI and ML talent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels, both technical and non-technical.
Familiarity with the industrial operations, manufacturing, or asset management space is highly advantageous, but not strictly required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field; Ph.D. is a plus.
