Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end GMASE execution outcomes for our oncology portfolio within a dynamic DevOps operating model.
Drive clinical delivery from fragmented milestones toward streamlined, scalable execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to accelerate key assets with the highest probability of success.
Ensure site engagement strategies meet patient needs and adhere to rigorous quality standards.
Lead global teams with accountability for impact and a steadfast commitment to doing the right thing.

Requirements

Extensive leadership experience directing complex clinical trial execution within the oncology therapeutic area.
Deep expertise in global monitoring, site engagement, and modern R&D operating models.
Proven ability to translate broad corporate strategy into predictable operational delivery at scale.
