Overview

Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A, this role places you right at the intersection of business strategy and operational execution. You will act as a trusted advisor to our CFO and other senior leaders, guiding crucial decisions through advanced financial modeling, rigorous forecasting, and insightful business analytics. Because our operations span the globe, you will get to flex your international business muscles and help us scale efficiently for years to come.

Key Responsibilities

Directing the annual planning process, long range strategic roadmaps, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial reporting cycles.
Building and refining sophisticated financial models that accurately project company performance and highlight growth opportunities.
Partnering with executive leadership to deliver actionable financial insights and track key performance indicators.
Driving continuous improvement in our financial tools, systems, and reporting workflows to support rapid global scaling.
Serving as a change agent who seamlessly juggles multiple high visibility priorities without missing a beat.

Requirements

Extensive proven experience managing financial planning and analysis functions within a large, complex, and globally distributed organization.
Exceptional strategic thinking capabilities combined with a hands-on approach to financial modeling and data analysis.
Strong communication skills with a demonstrated history of presenting complex financial data clearly to C-suite executives.
A proactive mindset and a natural talent for change leadership in a dynamic, fast moving business environment.
Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field is preferred.
