As a Sr. Consultant II, Total Rewards – Global, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing our global compensation and benefits programs. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity where your expertise will directly influence the well being and motivation of our global workforce. Your work will ensure our total rewards strategies are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our company values, helping us continue our journey towards greater opportunities and brighter futures for all.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute global total rewards strategies, including compensation, benefits, wellness, and recognition programs, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
Conduct comprehensive market analyses, benchmarking, and competitive assessments to ensure Concentrix's total rewards offerings remain attractive and equitable across all regions.
Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, legal counsel, and leadership teams worldwide to tailor rewards solutions that meet regional needs while maintaining global consistency.
Lead the design and implementation of annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, bonus programs, and long term incentive plans.
Ensure all total rewards programs comply with local, national, and international regulations and labor laws.
Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants, overseeing contract negotiations and service level agreements.
Provide expert consultation and guidance to leaders and employees on all aspects of total rewards.
Analyze program effectiveness, prepare detailed reports, and make data driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Drive communication and education initiatives to enhance employee understanding and appreciation of our total rewards package.

Requirements

A minimum of five years of progressive experience in total rewards, with a significant portion dedicated to global strategy and program management.
Demonstrated expertise in global compensation and benefits design, implementation, and administration.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels within a diverse, global organization.
Proven ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fully remote, geographically dispersed team environment.
A comprehensive understanding of international labor laws and regulations related to total rewards.
Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCP, GRP) are highly desirable.
