Key Responsibilities

As a Sr Consultant, Experience, you will guide our clients through their journey with Granicus solutions, ensuring their success and satisfaction. Your daily efforts will involve:

Serving as a trusted advisor, understanding complex client needs and translating them into effective strategies for implementing our technology.
Leading the successful deployment and adoption of Granicus products, ensuring clients maximize their investment and achieve desired outcomes.
Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs, empowering government staff to expertly utilize our platforms.
Collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to provide valuable client feedback, influencing future enhancements and innovations.
Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and digital transformation within client organizations.
Navigating challenging situations with diplomacy and expertise, always striving for positive resolutions and strong client relationships.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of Granicus' consulting methodologies and best practices.

Requirements

To excel in this impactful role, we are looking for a candidate with:

Extensive experience, typically 5+ years, in a client-facing consulting or professional services role, preferably within the SaaS or Govtech sectors.
A proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and driving client adoption of technology solutions.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong analytical abilities with a knack for problem-solving and strategic thinking.
A deep understanding of public sector operations and the unique challenges faced by government agencies.
