In this fully remote opportunity available worldwide, you will play a key role in empowering our advisors by streamlining reporting, managing business systems, and driving automation efforts. If you enjoy solving operational puzzles and want to help a growing nationwide firm scale efficiently, this position is made for you.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Practice Management Team by delivering insightful advisor support and team reporting.
Manage and optimize core business systems including the Salesforce Support Org and Actifi.
Drive the enablement of scalable workflows through detailed process documentation.
Establish and maintain data governance standards across various platforms.
Champion automation and AI enhanced capabilities to boost team efficiency.
Provide reliable back-up coverage for critical practice management operations.

Requirements

Proven experience working as a business analyst or in a similar operational support role.
Strong familiarity with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce and Actifi.
Demonstrated ability in process documentation, data governance, and workflow automation.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
Ability to collaborate seamlessly in a fully remote work environment.
