Overview

As a key player on our analytics team, you will build and maintain data products focused on member healthcare navigation, employer compliance, and pharmacy savings. You will troubleshoot tricky data issues, answer client questions with confidence, and use modern tools like SQL and Python to streamline workflows and internal reporting. Your daily efforts will empower better decision-making across the board.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze complex medical and pharmacy claims datasets to uncover actionable trends.
Build and maintain robust data products supporting member navigation and pharmacy savings.
Resolve data anomalies and ensure high standards of data integrity.
Respond promptly to client inquiries with clear, data-driven explanations.
Leverage SQL, Python, and other tools to optimize analytics workflows and reporting.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
Deep familiarity with healthcare data, specifically medical and pharmacy claims.
Demonstrated experience in building data products and improving internal reporting.
