Key Responsibilities

Lead the analysis of eCommerce performance, shopper marketing campaigns, and customer initiatives to find new ways for ADUSA to grow.
Build and maintain scorecards that track key performance indicators, campaign success, and Perfect Screen execution.
Turn complex consumer data into engaging selling stories complete with clear and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Manage campaign documentation covering budgets, tactics, assets, and performance results while sharing key learnings across teams.
Partner with agencies, vendors, and retailers to support smooth execution and drive continuous improvement.
Support holistic digital strategies by identifying performance trends and sharing insights that shape future business decisions.

Requirements

Strong background in eCommerce analytics, digital marketing performance, or a closely related quantitative field.
Proven ability to translate complex datasets into clear stories and strategic business recommendations.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, retail media networks, and external agency partners.
Exceptional attention to detail with a knack for building recurring scorecards and tracking KPIs.
Comfort working in a fully remote environment with global collaborators.
