As our new Senior Accounting Manager, you will take ownership of critical financial operations, mentor growing talent, and ensure our accounting practices remain robust as we continue to scale globally.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end month end close process and ensure all financial reporting is accurate and timely.
Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
Partner closely with international finance teams across our offices in the US, UK, Finland, India, Singapore, Canada, and Ireland.
Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and company policies.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to make our financial workflows even more efficient.
Collaborate with external auditors and support tax compliance efforts.

Requirements

Several years of progressive accounting experience in fast paced corporate environments.
Strong expertise in US GAAP and international financial reporting standards.
Proven track record of managing month end closes and financial statement preparation.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate smoothly across different time zones.
A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. CPA certification is strongly preferred.
