Overview

As part of the Supplier Excellence team, you will take complete ownership of supplier quality performance. Working alongside global suppliers and cross functional engineering and procurement groups, your mission is ensuring every product is right the first time and fully ready for production. You will lead quality planning initiatives, champion continuous improvement, and leverage data driven insights to strengthen supplier capabilities and fuel business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact between our organization and suppliers for all quality related topics and issues.
Drive continuous improvement across supplier operations through targeted coaching, training, performance management, and recognition programs.
Manage corrective action plans and enforce supplier restrictions or disqualifications when performance standards are not met.
Partner with global experts to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and foster a culture of uncompromising quality and high standards.

Requirements

Extensive experience in supplier quality engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field.
Demonstrated expertise in quality planning, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence global stakeholders and manage complex supplier relationships.
Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of using data led insights to drive operational success.
