As a Senior Clinical Research Associate in our Flexible Solutions department, you will play a central and indispensable role in the successful execution of complex clinical studies, from Phase I through Phase III. Key Responsibilities

Conducting and overseeing all aspects of clinical trial monitoring for Phases I, II, and III studies, ensuring adherence to study protocols, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
Performing site qualification, initiation, routine monitoring visits, and close-out visits, both remotely and potentially on-site if required for specific study needs, although the role is home-based.
Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with investigational site staff, providing guidance and support throughout the study lifecycle.
Verifying the accuracy and completeness of clinical data, source documents, and essential trial master file (TMF) documents.
Identifying, documenting, and resolving site-related issues and discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.
Facilitating investigator meetings and contributing to the training of site personnel on study protocols and procedures.
Collaborating closely with project teams, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure study milestones are met and objectives are achieved.
Preparing comprehensive monitoring reports and follow-up letters, detailing site activities and any outstanding issues.

Requirements

Demonstrated significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a proven track record as a Senior CRA involved in Phases I, II, and III clinical trials.
Comprehensive understanding and practical application of ICH-GCP guidelines, relevant regulatory requirements, and clinical trial processes.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, capable of fostering productive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using clinical trial management systems (CTMS), electronic data capture (EDC) systems, and other relevant software.
A Bachelor's degree in a life science, nursing, or a related scientific discipline is typically required.
Fluency in English is essential for global communication.
