You will play a pivotal part in developing advanced speech AI systems, working with French voice recordings to ensure they meet the highest quality standards for machine learning applications.

Key Responsibilities

Meticulously edit and process French voice recordings, preparing them for integration into sophisticated Text-to-Speech (TTS) and speech AI systems.
Execute comprehensive audio cleanup tasks, including the precise trimming of silence, effective reduction of breaths, de-clicking, de-essing, and intelligent noise reduction.
Perform rigorous quality assurance checks, meticulously identifying and rectifying issues such as clipping, distortion, unwanted background noise, and ensuring consistent loudness levels across all audio files.
Guarantee that all processed audio adheres strictly to complex technical specifications, which are crucial for optimal machine learning training pipelines.
Critically evaluate recordings for accurate French pronunciation, natural intonation, and overall fluency, providing expert feedback.
Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams focused on French speech datasets and the intricate workflows involved in model training.

Requirements

You must be a native or near-native French speaker, possessing an exceptional intuitive understanding of French speech nuances and rhythms.
Demonstrated experience in editing speech or voice recordings is essential.
