As a Specialized Talent Sourcer with Cielo, a world leader in recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), you will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging top-tier candidates for critical, niche positions across various industries. You'll dive deep into specific skill sets and expertise, utilizing your profound industry knowledge and specialized sourcing techniques to perfectly align qualified professionals with the distinctive needs of our diverse client organizations. Key Responsibilities

Work in close partnership with our talented recruiters and dedicated hiring managers. This involves gaining a comprehensive understanding of each role's unique requirements, ensuring your sourcing efforts are precisely aligned with our clients' strategic goals.
Create and distribute captivating job advertisements across a variety of specialized job boards. Your role will include reviewing and promptly processing applications received through all our platforms, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Employ a wide array of sourcing methodologies. This includes leveraging online platforms, social media, professional networks, and other innovative channels to pinpoint and connect with potential candidates possessing the exact skills and qualifications demanded by our niche positions.
Design and implement creative, targeted candidate attraction campaigns. Think beyond the traditional; this could involve tailored mobile outreach, personalized email campaigns, and other strategic initiatives designed to spark interest among highly sought-after professionals.
Continuously research market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging talent pools to proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline of specialized candidates.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to handover to the recruiting team, representing Cielo and our clients with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Requirements

Demonstrated success and substantial experience in specialized talent sourcing, particularly for niche or hard-to-fill roles.
A deep understanding of specific industries or complex skill sets relevant to the roles you will be sourcing for.
Proven ability to develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies that yield high-quality, specialized candidates.
Proficiency with various sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and professional networking platforms.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with candidates and collaborating effectively with internal teams.
Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote, global setting.
