Overview
As an AI/ML Specialist Solutions Architect, you will take charge of the advanced technical strategy for key customers. You will own high-stakes architecture talks, guide platform adoption, and act as the go-to technical guru for customer architects. By blending deep engineering chops with big-picture thinking, you will help position Databricks as the core engine powering our clients' data and artificial intelligence initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete AI/ML technical journey for your accounts, taking them smoothly from initial discovery all the way to production deployment and steady growth.
- Guide complex architecture conversations by designing scalable systems that cover everything from retrieval-augmented generation to multi-agent orchestration, guardrails, evaluation, and observability.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to engineering leads, directors, and customer architects.
- Secure crucial technical wins in competitive scenarios by clearly showcasing what makes Databricks different.
Requirements
- Strong background in designing and deploying production-grade machine learning and artificial intelligence systems.
- Proven experience leading technical strategy and architecting scalable cloud solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complicated technical concepts for various stakeholders.
