As a Product Specialist on our Measurement and Learning team, you will act as the vital bridge connecting product management, professional learning, and customer success. This role blends traditional product management with product enablement. You will become a recognized subject matter expert in our PALS product suite, turning complex technical capabilities into clear, scalable training and go-to-market assets. Working alongside senior product managers, you will ensure our assessment solutions are deeply understood, widely adopted, and continuously refined to meet real educator needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate intricate product capabilities into clear, scalable training, support, and go-to-market materials.
- Serve as the resident subject matter expert for assigned PALS products across internal teams.
- Participate actively in product discovery and delivery by gathering requirements and facilitating design discussions.
- Document detailed workflows that help shape solutions addressing actual district and educator pain points.
- Collaborate closely with professional learning, product support, and partner success to drive seamless product adoption.
Requirements
- Proven background in K12 assessment, classroom assessment, or a closely related product management function.
- Strong understanding of educator workflows, district needs, and the K12 educational landscape.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical features into accessible training assets.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
