As an SOPs Specialist, also known as a Process Improvement / SOPs Evaluator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and rigor of AI-generated content. This is a fully remote contract position, offering a competitive hourly rate between $80 and $120, open to talented professionals from any location across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated artifacts, assessing them against specific quality rubrics relevant to their domain.
Pinpoint and document factual inaccuracies, aesthetic flaws, and presentation issues found in various formats, including documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
Formulate and deliver clear, structured written feedback designed to enhance the quality and performance of AI model outputs.
Apply your deep subject-matter expertise to meticulously grade and validate outputs for their accuracy and overall rigor.
Work collaboratively, often asynchronously, with diverse teams to guarantee the delivery of consistently high-quality results.

Requirements

Must-Have

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience directly in process improvement or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) development and evaluation.
Exceptional proficiency in English, demonstrated through native or professional fluency.
High-level competency across Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications, particularly adept with Google Slides.

Preferred

An advanced academic degree, such as a Master's or higher, obtained from a reputable educational institution.
