Key Responsibilities

Represent name as both an expert communicator and a skilled technologist, committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Engage directly with customers, as well as our internal product and engineering teams, collaborating to find effective solutions for every task.
Lead the technical integration strategy and its execution for both prospective clients and existing customers, utilizing your deep product knowledge to craft customized implementation approaches that fit each customer's unique technical environment and business objectives.
Quickly get to the root of technical issues, accurately identify problems, and provide clear, actionable instructions to reproduce them or define new product specifications.
Directly influence our product's evolution by suggesting improvements based on daily customer interactions and needs.
Ensure our process for escalating bugs to the Engineering team is efficient, swift, and highly effective.

Requirements

Proven background as a highly technical professional, ideally within a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role.
Solid understanding of mobile and web development ecosystems and their associated technical challenges.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, from developers to business stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying root causes and proposing effective solutions.
Demonstrated ability to drive technical integrations and implementations for enterprise-level clients.
A self-starter mentality, comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
Experience with observability platforms, OpenTelemetry, or frontend performance monitoring tools is a significant plus.
