As our new Solutions Engineer based in Singapore, you will blend technical expertise with great storytelling to show enterprises how they can take complete control of their data.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with potential and existing enterprise customers to demonstrate the true value of the Cribl ecosystem.
Design custom technical architectures and run live product demonstrations tailored to unique data challenges.
Work closely with our sales and product teams to translate customer feedback into actionable insights.
Guide customers through proof of concept phases and help them unlock the full potential of their telemetry pipelines.

Requirements

Strong background in IT, cybersecurity, or data infrastructure engineering.
Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture.
Deep understanding of log management, observability, SIEM, or data routing technologies.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Based in Singapore with a strong self-starter mindset suited for a fully remote work environment.
