Key Responsibilities

Guide prospective and current customers through the technical and product-facing side of their Fluentstream journey.
Run engaging live product demonstrations tailored to unique business needs.
Support broad product adoption strategies and champion user engagement.
Host and assist with customer-facing webinars to educate our audience on advanced features.
Partner closely with Account Executives during the active sales cycle to answer complex technical questions.
Collaborate with Growth Account Managers after the deal closes to guarantee long-term retention and satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineering or technical sales support.
Deep familiarity with cloud-based platforms, VoIP technology, or unified communications solutions.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
A self-starter mindset who thrives in a fully remote, global work environment.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and internal partnerships simultaneously.
