Key Responsibilities

Operate as a business-technical advisor, guiding customers through intricate software choices.
Skillfully match platform functionality with customer strategic goals and operational needs.
Facilitate critical technical discussions to clearly define the challenges our software addresses.
Articulate the underlying reasons for specific architectural decisions and solution designs.

Act as a highly trusted technical advisor to customers, sales teams, and other internal stakeholders.

Requirements

Proven experience in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or similar technical consulting role.
Strong grasp of software platforms, enterprise applications, and cloud-based solutions.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
A demonstrated ability to translate customer business requirements into effective technical solutions.
