Aptive is looking for a talented Solutions Developer to join our remote team and support the ICE Health Service Corps Health Information Technology Unit. You can work from anywhere in the world in this fully remote position. In this role, you will design, configure, and launch internal business applications, automated workflows, and technical tools using government managed platforms like SharePoint and the Power Platform. You get to turn real operational needs into smooth, working solutions while working alongside a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

Translate business and operational needs into solid technical designs and hands on configurations.
Build, test, and deploy workflows, forms, integrations, and automations within authorized platforms.
Collaborate closely with team members to ensure all applications meet strict program requirements.
Follow government oversight guidelines and secure proper written authorization before pushing anything to production environments.
Create reliable, clear documentation for all internal solutions you build.

Requirements

Proven hands on experience developing solutions within low code and no code enterprise platforms.
Strong familiarity with SharePoint and the Microsoft Power Platform.
The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and work well under government oversight and direction.
A proactive mindset focused on building well documented, highly reliable applications.
