In this fully remote opportunity, you will be the driving force behind our growth by helping small to mid-sized property managers transition from curious prospects to active, successful users. If you love building relationships, solving puzzles, and guiding clients toward their goals, this role was built for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new small to mid-sized property managers throughout their onboarding journey.
- Drive conversions of fresh prospects by delivering compelling and detailed virtual product demonstrations.
- Assist new users in setting up their PriceLabs accounts and optimizing their usage to match their unique revenue management strategies.
- Communicate our core value proposition clearly and effectively to potential clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Consistently meet and exceed performance expectations while navigating a dynamic sales environment.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Operations team to maintain accurate records and track key client milestones.
Requirements
- Must reside in the Philippines with a valid work permit.
- Ability to work effectively during APAC hours, specifically from 4:30 AM to 1:00 PM Philippines Time.
- Strong background in sales, customer success, or solutions consulting within the tech or hospitality space.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a passion for helping clients succeed.
- A self-motivated mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment.
