You will guide providers and care teams worldwide, transforming their existing workflows into high-quality, actionable solutions. Key Responsibilities

Engage directly with customers and prospects, deeply understanding their unique healthcare delivery challenges and operational workflows.
Translate complex clinical and business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications and platform configurations.
Design and present tailored solutions that leverage Canvas Medical's EMR capabilities, demonstrating how our platform solves specific pain points and drives value.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams, serving as the voice of the customer and contributing to product strategy.
Configure and prototype platform solutions, guiding customers through the implementation process and ensuring successful adoption.
Provide expert guidance on best practices for EMR utilization and workflow optimization, helping care teams maximize efficiency and patient outcomes.
Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and technical documentation.

Requirements

Proven experience in a customer-facing solutions role, such as Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Implementation Consultant, preferably within the healthcare technology or EMR/EHR space.
Strong understanding of healthcare delivery models, clinical workflows, and the challenges faced by providers.
Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable business value for diverse audiences.
Demonstrated technical aptitude, capable of understanding platform architecture and configuring intricate solutions.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed.
