Overview

As our Solutions Architect for MENA, you will act as the technical bridge between our cutting edge speech AI models and the developers building the next generation of voice agents. Deepgram processes massive scales of audio daily, delivering unmatched accuracy and ultra low latency. You will help our customers harness these capabilities whether they deploy via our cloud APIs or run our models self hosted on premises. Operating with an AI first mindset means you will constantly experiment, push technical boundaries, and use advanced tools to build internal automations as you scale our regional footprint.

Key Responsibilities

You will lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, and proof of concept deployments for strategic enterprise clients across the MENA region. Translating complex technical concepts into clear architectural blueprints will be part of your daily routine. You will collaborate closely with our product and engineering groups to share developer feedback and steer our roadmap. Guiding clients through API integration, performance tuning, and latency reduction ensures their voice applications scale smoothly.

Requirements

We are looking for hands on engineering experience, particularly with modern APIs, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems. Strong fluency in programming languages like Python or JavaScript helps you write custom code snippets and proof of concepts with ease. Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential for engaging regional stakeholders. A deep curiosity about artificial intelligence, machine learning pipelines, and audio processing will set you up for success. This role is fully remote and open to exceptional talent worldwide.
