Right now, we are looking for a Solutions Architect III to take on some of our most complex customer challenges. If you love digging deep into network telemetry, stopping advanced attacks, and advising organizations on how to defend their digital infrastructure, this role was built for you. Key Responsibilities

As a senior member of the architecture team, you will spend your time turning network data into actionable security intelligence. Your typical week will involve things like

Partnering directly with customer engineering and security operations teams to deploy, configure, and optimize ExtraHop platforms.
Investigating anomalous network behaviors, identifying vulnerabilities, and helping security analysts pinpoint hidden threats quickly.
Creating custom integrations, triggers, and automated workflows using modern scripting tools and APIs.
Guiding enterprise clients through architecture reviews to ensure high availability and deep visibility across hybrid cloud environments.
Sharing real-world feedback directly with our product and engineering groups to help shape the future roadmap of our platform.

Requirements

We are searching for a seasoned technologist who blends technical depth with excellent advisory skills. You will thrive in this position if you bring the following background

Demonstrated experience in a senior customer-facing technical role such as solutions architecture, security engineering, or professional services.
Strong grasp of enterprise networking concepts including TCP/IP, routing protocols, packet analysis, and distributed network architectures.
Solid understanding of cyber security principles, threat hunting practices, and incident response playbooks.
Comfortable working with scripting languages like Python or JavaScript to craft custom logic and leverage REST APIs.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical realities to both engineers and executives.
A proactive mindset and the discipline required to thrive within a fully remote, globally distributed team environment.
