We are expanding our global Solution Engineering team and looking for a passionate technologist who wants to redefine what is possible in the business intelligence space. As a Solution Engineer at Sigma, you will serve as the trusted advisor to our prospects and customers. Working hand in hand with our Sales, Business Development, Product Management, Engineering, and Support teams, you will drive the entire technical presales journey. Key Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer pain points, data architecture, and analytical workflows.
Deliver compelling presentations and tailored product demonstrations that highlight the unique value of the Sigma platform.
Manage the technical evaluation cycle, including proof of concepts, custom demos, and technical deep dives.
Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering to relay customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
Act as a subject matter expert on cloud data warehouses and modern data stacks.

Requirements

Proven experience in a customer facing technical role such as Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect within the SaaS or data analytics space.
Solid understanding of cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or Redshift.
Strong foundational knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and modern business intelligence workflows.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non technical audiences.
A self starter mindset with a passion for remote collaboration and solving complex customer challenges.
