We are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated Solar System Repairer / Technician to join our team in Ikorodu.

The Role

As a Solar System Repairer / Technician, you will be the frontline expert responsible for ensuring our solar home systems and kits perform at their peak. Your technical expertise will be vital in diagnosing issues, executing repairs, and maintaining our infrastructure to ensure consistent energy delivery for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on faulty solar kits and generators.
Lead the installation and upkeep of solar energy systems across residential and business settings.
Repair electrical panels, complex wiring, and critical components of solar energy systems.
Consult directly with clients to explain product issues and the necessary corrective measures.
Diagnose performance bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions to improve system efficiency.
Provide expert technical guidance to both customers and internal team members.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Education: Minimum of SSCE, NECO, GCE, OND, or NCE.
Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in the solar industry, specifically in installation, maintenance, and repair.
Certification: Formal completion of a solar system training program is required.
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical wiring, and advanced troubleshooting techniques.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
Location: Candidates must reside in or around the Ikorodu axis.
Commitment: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while adhering to tight deadlines.
