The Role

As a core member of our technical team, you will be responsible for ensuring the longevity and performance of our solar home systems and kits. You will serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical repairs, ensuring that our customers continue to receive reliable power.

Core Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and complex troubleshooting on solar kits and energy systems.
Execute installations and repairs for residential and commercial clients.
Maintain electrical panels, wiring, and critical system components.
Provide expert technical consulting to clients regarding product functionality.
Diagnose performance bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to optimize energy output.
Replace damaged hardware and ensure systems meet safety and quality standards.
Offer professional technical guidance to both customers and internal team members.

Requirements

Education: NCE, OND, SSCE, GCE, or NECO qualifications.
Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in the solar industry, specifically in installation and repair.
Training: Completion of a certified solar system repair and maintenance training program.
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of solar electrical wiring, PV systems, and system maintenance.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent attention to detail, and top-tier communication skills.
Work Ethic: Ability to meet tight deadlines while working with minimal supervision.
Location: Candidates must reside in or near the Ikorodu axis.
