This is a full time, Direct W2 position for a Software Test Engineer, operating 100% remotely within the U.S. We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $105,000 to $125,000 annually. We enthusiastically welcome applications from U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD Holders, and H-1B transfer candidates. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and continually enhance advanced test automation frameworks.
Write clean, maintainable, and production quality test code that ensures high standards.
Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate quality engineering principles seamlessly throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Develop comprehensive testing strategies covering unit, integration, end to end, performance, and security testing.
Identify, document, and track software defects, working with engineers to ensure timely resolution.
Champion best practices in test automation, code quality, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in testing methodologies.

Requirements

A proven track record of over six years in software testing or quality assurance, with a significant focus on test automation.
Strong programming proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
Deep understanding and practical experience with various testing strategies, including unit, integration, system, end to end, performance, and security testing.
Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust test automation frameworks.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes, integrating automated tests into deployment pipelines.
A solid grasp of software engineering principles and how they apply to building high quality, scalable systems.
Excellent problem solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and collaborative skills, essential for partnering with cross functional teams.
