Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain robust automated testing frameworks for our real-time APIs and core voice models.
Collaborate closely with software engineers to catch bugs early in the development lifecycle and ensure exceptional release quality.
Test complex cloud APIs, self-hosted deployments, and on-premises software solutions under heavy loads.
Continuously experiment with advanced AI tools to optimize our testing processes and automate repetitive QA tasks.
Write clear test plans, track software defects, and champion best practices across engineering teams.

Requirements

Proven professional experience in software testing, QA automation, or a closely related technical role.
Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python or Go for building automated tests.
Deep familiarity with testing APIs, microservices, and distributed cloud systems.
Genuine excitement for artificial intelligence and a daily habit of using AI tooling to work smarter.
Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully distributed global team.
