Overview

As a Software Engineer on the AI Agent Platform, you will sit at the very heart of our technological evolution. You will work directly on the core infrastructure powering autonomous agents across multiple business units. Your days will be a mix of creating brand new platform capabilities, partnering with applied AI teams to help them ship their solutions correctly, and building agents yourself when specific manufacturing use cases demand it.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build powerful new features for the ChampionAI agentic platform.
Collaborate closely with applied AI teams across different business units to ensure they build and ship their agents effectively.
Develop production-ready Champion agents directly to solve complex manufacturing challenges.
Maintain high code quality and share your knowledge across a distributed, high-performing engineering group.

Requirements

Solid background in software engineering with a strong focus on backend systems or artificial intelligence applications.
Experience working with modern AI frameworks, agentic workflows, or large language model integrations.
A collaborative mindset with a strong desire to support other developers and business units.
