Overview

ManTech is actively seeking a highly motivated and customer oriented Software Developer (Systems Software) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to become a key member of our dynamic CASTLE-NET Program team. This is a fully remote position, open to talented professionals worldwide. You will collaborate within an agile environment, providing the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) OCIO/G-6 with innovative, customer focused, and cost effective integrated enterprise IT support services. This critical work directly supports the USACE vision of engineering solutions for the Nation’s most complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert level solution engineering for infrastructure components and sophisticated cloud capabilities.
Ensure strict adherence to Agile and DevSecOps procedures throughout the CASTLE-NET program lifecycle.
Offer essential support in core IT areas, focusing on advanced auto provisioning solutions.
Collaborate closely with various teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing systems.
Drive innovation in software development, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Requirements

Proven extensive experience as a Systems Software Developer, demonstrating subject matter expertise.
Deep understanding and hands on experience with infrastructure components and various cloud platforms.
Strong proficiency in Agile and DevSecOps methodologies and best practices.
Demonstrated experience supporting auto provisioning systems in complex enterprise environments.
Exceptional problem solving abilities and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical and non-technical audiences.
US citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance are required for this role due to the nature of the work.
