About the Role

Overview

This is a full time, work from home position operating on a schedule of 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Philippine Time, aligning with 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Queensland time. You will bridge the gap between engineering workflows and robust software by building maintainable solutions spanning our CAD Plugin, web applications, and AWS environment. Advanced CAD modelling knowledge is completely optional because your superpower here is translating messy business processes into elegant, dependable software that delivers measurable operational value.

Key Responsibilities

Partner directly with users and stakeholders to map out end-to-end workflows and pinpoint hidden constraints.
Assess and prioritize high value automation opportunities that eliminate manual checks, duplicate data entry, and operational delays.
Design, build, deploy, and support scalable software solutions across our CAD Plugin, web applications, and AWS infrastructure.
Distinguish surface level symptoms from deep root causes to ensure you are solving the right problems.
Move with confidence from early process discovery straight through to successful production delivery.

Requirements

Proven software development experience building and deploying maintainable applications.
Strong working knowledge of web applications and AWS cloud environments.
Familiarity with or willingness to dive into CAD plugin integration and engineering workflows.
An investigative mindset with the ability to translate complex business processes into clear technical requirements.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating seamlessly with remote team members and daily users.
