The Role: Social Media Personnel

As our Social Media Personnel, you will be the voice and face of Daily Gist Telecoms across various digital channels. This pivotal role requires a creative visionary with a strategic mindset, capable of translating our brand values into compelling online narratives. Key Responsibilities:

Platform Management & Growth: Strategically manage and actively grow the company's social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), identifying new opportunities for audience expansion and engagement.
Engaging Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality, relevant, and engaging content – including text, images, videos, and infographics – tailored for each platform to market our services and build strong brand recognition.
Online Engagement & Community Management: Proactively monitor online conversations, comments, and messages, responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, feedback, and engagement to build a positive brand reputation and strong community relationships.
Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities across social media to drive traffic, generate leads, and support business objectives.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using analytical tools. Provide regular insights and recommendations to refine strategies and improve ROI.
Trend Awareness: Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, platform updates, best practices, and competitor activities to ensure Daily Gist Telecoms remains at the cutting edge of digital communication.

Local Residency: Must reside within the Sango, Lagos/Ogun State axis. This is a crucial requirement for the role.
Social Media Expertise: Possess strong hands-on experience in social media management and demonstrated skills in creating compelling and effective content.
Digital Marketing Acumen: Good understanding of broader digital marketing principles and strategies, with a proven ability to drive online engagement.
Autonomy: Ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
Communication Excellence: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for crafting engaging content and interacting with our online community.
Technical Edge (Advantageous): Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and video editing software (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush) will be a significant advantage.
