The Role

As our Social Media Manager, you will be the bridge between our brand and our audience. We are seeking an individual who is not only creative but also highly analytical, capable of translating business objectives into compelling social media campaigns. You will have the freedom to curate high-quality content while ensuring that our brand maintains a consistent and professional presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with our corporate goals.
Content Creation: Produce eye-catching graphics, reels, videos, and professional written content that resonates with our target demographic.
Community Management: Engage with our online community by responding to inquiries and fostering meaningful conversations.
Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics, monitor trends, and prepare monthly reports to optimize future campaigns.
Campaign Management: Oversee both organic content calendars and paid social media advertising efforts.

Requirements

A minimum of an HND or B.Sc. Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management.
Expertise in content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Meta Business Suite.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms.
Must reside within the Lekki axis of Lagos.
